Who we are

Solif is an AI implementation partner for service businesses, operating from Dubai, UAE. We build and maintain chat automation, CRM integration, and voice-AI systems on behalf of our clients. Our contact is ahmed@solif.ae.

What we collect

When you use this website or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name and email address when you reach out via our contact form or email.
• Basic usage data (pages visited, time on site) via privacy-respecting analytics.
• Any information you voluntarily provide in messages or calls.

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data through this website.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and schedule calls.
• Send service updates relevant to an active engagement (clients only).
• Understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

This website is hosted on Vercel. Fonts are self-hosted. We do not load third-party tracking scripts. If we use an analytics tool, it is configured to anonymise IP addresses and not share data with advertising networks.

Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as the business relationship is active or potentially relevant, and deleted on request. Website usage data is retained for no more than 12 months.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email ahmed@solif.ae and we will respond within 14 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business evolves. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
